The Spanish brand of organic baby food, Smileat, made the documentary La Candidata, a production that analyzes the situation faced by working women who want to be mothers in Spain. In it, interviews were carried out with lawyers, headhunters, women fired for being mothers and even job interviews were carried out with hidden cameras in which the work problems that emerge when motherhood is announced are made visible. Within the communication strategy, a landing that offered answers to society about labor rights was created. In addition, a study that revealed data about the experience of Spaniards regarding maternity in the workplace was carried out.
